1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify:

Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Camper tops must not be custom-built or made-to-order.

Products must show no signs of use, damage, or installation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or special-order camper tops.

Any item that has been installed, modified, or used.

Clearance or final sale items.
-
Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

Email info@campertopfortruck.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.

Securely pack the item and ship it using a trackable service.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
⚠️ Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

You will be notified of the approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or with defects:

Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Email info@campertopfortruck.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order separately.
